This is for a standard 50-minute psychotherapy session.

When Payment is Due

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Private-Pay Practice

Ti'Malex Healthcare and Consultants is a private-pay practice. We do not bill insurance companies directly.

Superbills Available

Superbills (itemized receipts with clinical codes) are available upon request within 30 days of the session. You can submit the superbill to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan's coverage for out-of-network providers.
